Follow the instructions on the card(s) and complete the workout with minimal rest. Keep a timer handy and record the amount of time it takes you to complete the workout. When you're ready to try the workout again, try to beat your time (i.e., complete the routine more quickly) or complete more rounds than you performed the first time.
